Hi! My name is Juliana Brint and I’m a reporter with a passion for sharply focused journalism that caters to specific communities.
I’m a recent graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service currently working as a market reporter at Platts, the leading news and information provider for the energy and metals industries. At Platts I report on US electricity markets, covering regulations that impact the electricity industry and making price assessments for specific forward markets.
During my four years at Georgetown I worked as a news writer, blogger and editor for the Georgetown Voice, a student-run newsmagazine covering the ins and outs of Georgetown University and the surrounding neighborhood. I also worked as a publicity intern at the Georgetown University Press and an editorial intern for the local alt-weekly, Washington City Paper.
